I had a fantastic stay at this hotel recently. the staff was always friendly and ready to assist you with any needs you might have. the room service was prompt and the food was delicious. the pool area had a nice atmosphere, and the bar was a great place to relax in the evenings. the hotel is conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Compared to my previous stays, the service here was exceptional, and I truly felt well taken care of during my time at the hotel.

While my overall experience was great, there were a couple of things that could be improved upon. the size of the king bed was a bit smaller than expected, making it slightly uncomfortable for someone of average build like myself.

A recent stay offered diverse dining options, a chill poolside vibe, and views that made my massage even better. The gym had top-notch equipment, so I could guiltlessly indulge at the HangOut. The helpful team made sure I didn't feel lost, even when my AC went haywire—the views helped calm my nerves. I felt like a boss lounging at Gourmet Bar, enjoying the Dubai scene. Wherever you need to go, the metro station nearby made it a breeze.

The breakfasts at Novotel Bur Dubai were fantastic, with a variety of fresh fruits and delicious meals. The location, though a bit far from popular attractions like Jumeirah Beach and Dubai Mall, offered peaceful surroundings. The well-maintained rooms, excellent staff, and enjoyable swimming pool made our stay memorable. The relaxation amenities like the spa center and outdoor swimming pool, along with nearby landmarks such as Al Nasr Leisureland and Zabeel Park, added to our family bonding experience. The only minor downside was the narrow parking space, but overall, our stay was fantastic!

The highlight of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Mr Irfan who went above and beyond to assist us during our time at the hotel. the friendly and accommodating attitude of the employees truly made a positive impact on our overall experience. However, the cleanliness of the rooms and the need for better maintenance can be improved to enhance guests' comfort and satisfaction.

Had a fantastic stay! the breakfast buffet was delicious with a great selection of bread, ham, bacon, and cheese. I LOVED the rooftop pool. Definitely coming back! the pool is even better than in the photos.

the hotel is clean & located close to deira - the gold souq - the creek - & burjuman. the staff are attentive & quick to fix any issues. kids' waiting area in the lobby is a plus.

Special shoutout to Irfan, who was always cheerful and ready to assist. Loved the modern aesthetic, it felt cozy and stylish - a real home away from home. Enjoyed the super helpful staff - thank you, Mariton, for going the extra mile! The hangout bar and Gourmet restaurant served up generous portions, although I wished for a tad more breakfast variety during my week-long stay. The staff interaction with Ihsan, Grace, and our efficient room cleaner was always pleasant and helpful. The 👍 spa & wellness centre, rooftop pool, and massage facilities offered fantastic relaxation opportunities. While the cafe food was good, a bit more variety could elevate the dining experience.

Mind-blowing food, superb dinner and breakfast. Cafe staff went above and beyond, even giving my son takeout bread. The room, although not as big as pictured, was sufficient for my family. Loved the Netflix casting on the TV. The cot for our baby was big and deep. Bed and sofa bed were super comfy. The hotel was clean and had a nice pool for kids. Staff were amazing, especially James and the pool guys. GREAT value, with cheap cabs and attractions within 30 mins. Familiar faces and warm staff made it feel like home. Receptionist and Robert were incredibly helpful and friendly. Had a pleasant stay overall.

The HangOut Cafe offers a diverse range of food and beverages for Novotel guests. The Inbalance Gym has top-notch equipment. Healthcare City is a hub for medical and educational institutions. The Gourmet Bar and poolside HangOut are great places to relax. The team is committed to making guests experience wonderful memories.

Lift card problems were sooo fun! Waiting for reception to adjust them was the highlight of my stay.

I keep returning for a reason. The staff once saved my day with bug spray. It suits me perfectly and has everything I need: Wi-Fi, 24-hr reception, room service, rooftop pool, fitness center. I'm coming back for a romantic escape.

The room price for New Year was great, and the staff, including the security guard, were really nice. The free parking was an added bonus. an excellent experience.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect as it is near the metro station, making it easy for us to travel around this city. The cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch and all the facilities provided were well-maintained. Absolutely nothing.

We visited Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo and went shopping at a huge mall nearby. The hotel's location was super convenient, right next to the metro station which made getting around a breeze. Plus, the staff were chill and totally had our backs.

We would've loved to have more nightlife vibes at the hotel. A cool rooftop bar or some after-hours hangout spot would've made our stay even more awesome!

The rooms are well maintained and the staff, like Mr Nasif, are helpful and friendly. the hotel is conveniently located near the Healthcare City metro station.

Our family had an amazing time visiting the Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo, located just 8 km from the hotel. The kids were thrilled to see a vibrant variety of marine life up close. The hotel's convenient location made it easy for us to explore this fantastic attraction, adding a touch of adventure to our family stay.

For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly options in the breakfast menu, ensuring a wider selection to cater to our children's tastes.

The breathtaking view over Dubai from the hotel was simply stunning, and I found it to be the perfect backdrop for unwinding after a long day of meetings. I also indulged in a relaxing massage at the hotel's spa, which was a fantastic way to de-stress and recharge. What's more, the accommodation at Novotel Bur Dubai was top-notch, with a restaurant serving delicious meals, an outdoor swimming pool for a refreshing dip, and a well-equipped fitness center for guests to utilize. The additional recreational amenities, including the fitness center and two outdoor swimming pools, added an extra layer of relaxation and enjoyment to my stay.

Nothing could have been better.

I chose this hotel for a business trip to attend a consultation, and it proved to be the perfect destination. The hotel offered excellent amenities, including a business center and efficient laundry services, which made my work trip smooth and hassle-free. The 24-hour front desk was particularly helpful for my late-night arrivals.

The only service I missed during my work trip was a dedicated in-room workspace.

Delicious breakfast with a variety of food. Comfortable beds, sparkling clean rooms. Two pools available, including one for children. Excellent WiFi and Ethernet service provided by knowledgeable IT engineer.

Bed and pillows had a sweat smell upon arrival. No information or complaints provided.

The HangOut by the Pool turned out to be a hidden gem, where I could relax and socialize. The atmosphere was so inviting that it felt like finding an oasis in the desert, offering a much-needed break from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We had a fantastic stay at Novotel Bur Dubai. the location was perfect, with the Healthcare City metro station just a short walk away, making it easy to explore Deira, the Gold Souq, the Creek. the hotel staff, including Amal, Shaqar, and Shaffic, were incredibly welcoming and friendly. the hotel was sparkling clean, and our room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. the swimming pools on the 12th floor were a great feature, providing a relaxing spot to cool off, even in the hot Dubai weather. the WiFi was reliable, and when we needed wired internet, the hotel IT engineer, Waqar, promptly provided super-fast Ethernet. the aesthetics of the hotel were modern and stylish, creating a home away from home atmosphere. the food at the hangout bar and Gourmet restaurant was delicious, and the portions were generous.

Friendly staff, nice rooms, good breakfast, easy access to airport by metro, convenient location.

The risotto at Novotel Dubai is a culinary masterpiece, fit for a sheikh! The dining options are top-notch, offering a feast fit for a foodie. The friendly staff and sleek design elevate the dining experience. The nearby Sufra Restaurant and Eve Penthouse & Lounge add a local flair to your culinary journey.

Really, I don't know if the fault is on my part or on the part of the hotel management? Where was placed a computer system Apple.

My stay at Novotel was wonderful. The room was spacious and the jacuzzi on the patio was amazing. I also enjoyed the amazing selection of room service options. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

The room was so cozy and well-equipped with everything I needed. The flat-screen TV made it easy to unwind after a busy day, and the air conditioning kept the room at the perfect temperature for a good night's sleep.

Personally, I found the shower a bit small, but it might not bother everyone.

We had a great stay at Novotel. From the early check-in to the late check-out, everything was perfect. the hotel had a wonderful location, just a 5-7 minute walk from my Institute. the room was clean and comfortable, with a view of the metro. the bed was extremely comfortable, and we loved that the TV could be connected to Netflix or YouTube through our phone using Chromecast. the staff, especially Shareef and Ihsan, were polite and helpful. the room service was fast and the food was good. We tried many hotels in this visit, but Novotel is one that we will definitely return to.

I stayed at Novotel for a few nights and had a great experience. The hotel's location is convenient, only 5 minutes away from the metro station. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a special mention for the non-vegetarian options. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, including a kettle, hair dryer, and comfortable sofa cum bed for kids. The view from our room was amazing, with sights of Dubai Frame, Burj Khalifa, and Burj Al Arab. The swimming pool on the 12th floor was temperature-controlled and offered a view of the Burj. The staff, especially Adnan, was very courteous and provided excellent service. a wonderful stay!

Totally recommend this hotel.
